Happy Birthday to Me!!

 So my birthday was November 11 and Jordan and i went to SLC to shop, went to the Roof for our dinner, and enjoyed a fun fun weekend together!

Dinner at the Roof. On the way back to our hotel that night this old man stopped us and said, "I know a song made just for you two," then sang, "No couple has ever been in love as you two, it shows." It made my night!

Last Sunday night we went up on Taylor Mountain and stayed the night in the back of the truck. I was nervous i would freeze to death but we brought more blankets than needed and i got very hot 

When we first got up there the moon was so bright it was difficult to see the stars very well, but around 1-2 Jordan woke me up and the sky was absolutely beautiful!! and then in the morning it was such a perfect morning, perfect temperature, and such beautiful scenery!! We are so blessed to live around such a wonderful and beautiful place and able to go see it from time to time. 

All in all it was such a fun night! I can't wait for another one!

our story

October 2008, while i was up camping with my family, my dads friend and his two boys came up hunting and hung out with us at our camp spot. And that was when Jordan and i first met. I was 15 at the time, so Jordan didn't really pay that much attention to me. Mean while i couldn't take my eyes off of him but thinking i never had a chance with this older boy. But only a month later i got a phone call from him for a date.... which i ended up turning down. And the very next weekend he called again... and i already had plans again, but with my family so i invited him along. So our first date was a night out with my family, and after that we hung out constantly. But what would be a good story with out a little drama in it.... Yes we played a lot of mind games and we were actually kind of rude to each other... k very rude. And that made our relationship go up and down for a year. Things didn't end as friends when he left on his mission and still i had the courage to decide to write him. But our letters were boring and we rarely wrote to each other. 

But at the time of his homecoming, i became extremely excited to see him, but nervous. And seeing each other was awkward, i will admit, and it was mainly my fault. but later i had gotten an e-mail from him with his new number. So we started talking again. And i told him that i was coming home to visit for Christmas and we should go do something and he did not seem like he wanted to at all (later i found out that he didn't). So i arive in town and Whitney (my friend and Jordans cousin) has me come over for breakfast, forgetting to inform me that Jordan is over, of course i turned red and was embarrassed i didn't come cuter. But Jordan and i ended up spending that whole day together clear until two the next morning. And shortly after that i was moving home and we have been inseparable since then. 

And on May 11, 2012 i got to marry the most amazing man i could ever ask for, i love him so much! i am so grateful for him!

I'm so excited, we have less then two weeks before we get married! :) the time is going so fast, which i like :). Anyways here are some of out engagement pictures..

We're engaged!!

It's such a wonderful and exciting thing when you fall in love, then three and a half years later you find that love again. Now i get to marry my first love. We are the luckiest people to have found each other again.

February 17, 2012 at Rifal Falls in a cool cave is when he knelt down with my whole family there to experience it with us. I was not expecting that, which he probably loved cause he wanted to surprise me so bad and I just hate surprises, but this one was a very very good one!

                         Let the Wedding Planning Begin!

It's been awhile and lots is new. I have moved back to Vernal and i'm loving it! i never thought i would miss Vernal, i even imagined myself moving someplace big and becoming big, but come to find out i hate the city and i love the country... i love being in back in Vernal!!

So for now, i am selling Mary Kay, so any who are interesting or are needing products let me know. And i am going to be doing make up at Addictive Style Salon on the 11th and the 14th for the school dance and Valentines day. They are offering a package deal where you can get your hair, nails, toes, and make up done so call them up and set up an appointment, ya!? the salons number is 435-789-8256. And I'm thinking of starting there doing make up other days too, for like weddings, other dancing, just daily make up, or for any other reason people are wanting me to do there make up for.


Last but not least, i am dating this amazing guy out here. His name is Jordan Wade Haslem. He is a hunk! haha. but we are having so much fun and are getting serious and i am more than exciting for everything to come!
