Firsts

I think it's so fun to remember your firsts in a relationship. 

The first time I noticed Jordan: ward boundaries had just changed and Jordan's family happened to be in my new ward. He got up to bare his testimony and my thoughts were yes, Yes!! A cute boy in my new ward. 

First time I met him: when he walked into my families camp ground. 

First time he noticed/met me: when he walked into my families camp and saw and talked to the cute shy girl. 

First dance: Jordan showed up to my sweet 16. Which was a  masquerade birthday party. (In my journal it says, Jordan came to my party tonight. He doesn't know it yet but he's going to be my future husband.) 

Our first date in high school/first date after mission: First date in high school was with my family. We went to see Twilight in theaters.    Our first date after his mission, we went up on a hill to look at the city lights and to see the stars. Cuddles under a blanket with and shared hot chocolate.

First time we held hands: at our first date in high school at the movies. I was so excited.

First kiss: in high school, he took me to a secondhand serenade concert and while we were walking out to m his car after ther concert he leaned down and kissed me. First kiss after his mission, on our first date... Uh oh ha

First time I Love You was said: in high school, my phone had died so I didn't get any of Jordan's phone calls or texts. He thought I was mad at him so he had left me a messege telling me he loved me. After his mission, we just went on a weekend of snowboarding and we were laying down reminissing about high school and he told me he still loves me and I said it back.

Those are always the big firsts for everyone, but we have experienced many many more and we still have many more to experience.

Eye Make-Up

So I normally find a way I like my eye make-up done and I stick to that same thing for months. I thought it would be fun and see if I could challenge myself to do something different for one week and see if different ways to do your eyes, will give them a different shape. 

1. I started with my favorite way at the time.

2. I did my more natural look.

3. I only used two colors.

4. Only did eye liner closer to the outside of my eye.

5. Eye shadow all around the eye.

6. I was dreading to use the eye liner all around my eye (not my favorite) but I knew a lot of people do there eye liner like this, so I tried it. 

7. Winged eyes or cat eyes.

I actually had fun with this. It took me out of my comfort zone because I had know idea if I would like how it turned out or not. And I couple of them I did not like! But now I have more options to choose from each day. 

Baby Pancakes

I made some baby pancakes for Ray yesterday and he couldn't get enough of them. They were pretty yummy. But I thought I would share my recipe.

I found a recipe and then just changed it a bit to my liking.

BABY PANCAKES 

1 cup Flour

1/2 cup baby cereal (I used gerber banana strawberry oatmeal) 

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

2 T brown sugar 

1 egg

1 cap full of vanilla 

1/4 of a banana smashed 

1/2 cup apple juice 

And then water until it's the consistency you want.
